Return a dictionary mapping from pyro to ids data format
- Parameters:
pyro (
Pyro) – pyro object with data loadedcomment (
str) – String describing runtime_interval (
Float) – Final fraction of data over which to average fluxes (ignored if linear)format (
str) – File format to save IDS in (currently hdf5 support)file_name (
str) – Filename to save ids underreference_values (
dict) – If normalised quantities aren’t defined, can be set via dictionary here

data – Dictionary containing mapping from pyro to ids
